Oh hell no!
Just look how annoying these things are, and there really aren't that many people blowing them near this guy. Just a couple thousand out of an 90,000 fans would ruin the atmosphere.

I hate soccer, and didnt know what they were. I was telling my buddy how annoying it was to watch some world cup match the other night, because it sounded like a swarm of bees had taken over the stadium. Screw vuvuzelas!
