Lets get this out of the way. Post your thoughts and predictions on the upcoming season, but don't forget that this thread will be bookmarked, and it will probably be bumped back up throughout the season.

SEC East -
SEC West -

SEC Bold prediction- a result that shouldn't happen, but you forsee it happening.

NCAA Bold prediction - a result that doesn't involve the SEC

NOTE: For you idiots, Nebraska is STILL in the big12. Colorado is still in the big 12. Utah is still in the MWC. Boise States schedule still sucks.

not really, more predictions we can get in before the season starts, the better. Plus, theres like like 79 days to go.

SEC West: This year I will say Bama will lose two and the Iron Bowl determines the SEC West.

SEC East: Florida gets their revenge on Bama in SECCG. UGA will make it a close race to get to Atlanta.

NCAA Pick: Boise St loses 2, Ohio St loses to SEC in BCS game again.

I thought the point was to make a realistic prediction and then a bold one just for kicks

SEC East - Florida. I'm tempted to go with UGA because I really think they'll be good this year, but even with all UF loses, I can't pick against them.
SEC West - Auburn. Yeah, I'm a homer, but Auburn returns 16 starters and upgrades the talent level at most of the places where the starter doesn't return (RB and DE being the exceptions). That combined with having another layer of depth on defense and more familiarity with Malzahn's offense leads me to believe this could be a great year.

SEC Bold prediction- Arkansas fails to live up to expectations. I can't help but see them as this year's version of 09 Ole Miss. Petrino has yet to be head coach of a team with any kind of consistent defense, and with all the predictions of them being the dark horse, they won't sneak up on anyone.

NCAA Bold prediction - Not sure how bold it is, but Clemson wins the ACC. Dabo sure seems to have things on the right track up there, and the ACC just isn't what it used to be.
