What if Payton Manning would have got injured in the 1st qt. of the Superbowl. I don't think the Superbowl win would have been worth as much. Sorry Gumps but the truth hurts

Good news is, we don't give a shite what you think.

I agree, had Colt McCoy not gotten hurt the Longhorns would have won that game.

You could say the same thing about Drew Brees too.

You certainly can't compare it to LSU's 2007 championship.
12-2 - backdoor
14-0 - undisputed
No comparison!

I just like to see the best team win & I think that Texas had more talent. But congrats on being #2 last year. I'm sure the 2009 Alabama team will be remembered for being very lucky they didnt have to face a healthy Texas team

But he did get injured. We made his arse quit by knocking him out of the game. He didn't quit based on something that Texas did. He quit because he got knocked the frick out by Marcel Dareus.

you think Saban's defense couldn't have made it a real game eh?
well, I'll listen to your complaint as long as you can concede that LSU's NC under Miles with 2 losses is laughable.
if you can't admit it, you're worthlessly non-objective.

The same can be said for any national title winning team (see Pitt upsetting West Virginia in 2007 to save LSU's arse).

it's not like it was a cheap shot. it was clean and fair.
and even if McCoy had been in there's no gd way to know what would have happened.
I like how the OP doesn't admit that MCElroy didn't have CRACKED ribs! lol what a joke

Your right about that but if Colt would have played Texas would have won by a score of 48-10... because Alabama generated most of their points because Texas had a QB that had never played anything but high school ball

How did that contribute to Trent Richardson and Mark Ingram shredding the Texas rush defense?

you do realize that you just lost any respect you might have had, right? clearly you know nothing about this sport.
do yourself a favor and quit making yourself seem so ignorant of football. it would help your argument.

I don't know what you're talking about. It's fun to watch them spin up the most outrageous bullshite to defend their 2007 title while refusing to give Alabama credit for the 2009 title. It really is like watching clowns dance.

I'm just trying to piss the Gumps off a little. I was just joking about that 48-10 score is Colt was healthy. It would have been something like 34-13
