He's suspended for the year. He can practice, but not play. He'll be able to return to the field in 2011. End of story.

I know he was pretty fricked up during mardi gras, and failed a test after for pot..but that stuff happens all the time so I dont think thats actually what did him in...I heard a rumor he was tired of being the smallest dude on the field he tried to put a needle in his butt and got caught..
