record isn't everything when you come in during a rebuilding phase...Other coaches may have better records, but not better coaches IMO

Agreed. Lou Holtz is #2 at Arkansas behind Broyles. After that I got Hatfield. Petrino hasn't been here long enough to qualify. However in a couple of years or so he might be at the top of the list.
