Have any of you guys heard of a possible commit yesterday(silent)from a Louisiana kid(Sylve was the only one there to my knowledge)?Not spreading rumors just asking a question based on a rumor.

According to Tider Insider, Alabama offered 5 kids from LA. One is Kenny Hillard who has committed to LSU. The other 4 are Hodge, Rasco, Griffin, and Johnson. To my knowledge -- no commits from any of these.

Sylve has an offer from Bama but no one really knows their board as far as wrs go(not counting commits).Most assume Tobias Singleton,Nickolas Brassell and Quinta Funderburke in that order.If Sylve is true it wouldn't be on a site.The rumor is that a LA kid commited but not publicly at this point for obvious reasons.I'm just assuming Sylve because as far as i know he's the only LA kid that was at Bama yesterday.if you guys don't mind,keep an ear out.I really doubt that Sylve commited because he bleeds purple and gold but just asked because of the rumor.Thanks guys.

I haven't heard anything about it, but if it was silent it's doubtful we would from are end. Where are these rumors coming from?

I have a very good contact that says he's heard this constantly since yesterday.On top of this a very good Bama source(has ties to someone at Bama because he knows everything that happens at Bama before it's public)is saying for sure that another commit is going public tonight or tommorrow.He said if it doesn't go public that there's a reason.he said that Bama definitely got 4 commits this weekend.For Bama fans sake i hope it wasn't Sylve(LSU fans too for obvious reasons)because if Saban thinks he isn't going to visit LSU then he's crazy.That kid bleeds LSU.I have heard that it could possibly be the Griffen kid at Rayville but i can't see Bama taking him yet.

Washington is the best commit they got that's public so far imo.I'd take him over Dix and Fanning.

I haven't even heard Sylve's name mentioned, and we already have three WR commits and are after Brassel and Singleton from Miss along with Funderburke from where Sims played in Virginia. I don't we'll take but maybe one more.
Only one I keep hearing about coming to Bama is Mickey Johnson.

I read that a big recruit from LSU visited Bama's A-Day game, but I won't tell the name. I guess he wanted to keep it quiet.

No idea who(maybe Mickey Johnson?), but we definitely got a commit from cajun country this weekend. Guessing it'll go public tomorrow or sometime this week.

Mickey was at Bama recently, but not A-Day. He was at the Nike combine (NFTC) in La.

At this point, I think Mickey Johnson is the only Louisiana kid that Alabama would be able to get. Rasco will make it interesting, but end up at LSU in the end. Maybe the fourth commitment rumors are coming from the fact that people forgot that TE/DE Malcolm Faciane committed on Thursday night. That makes four.

I heard this player, not to be named, will commit after the LSU game. He loves LSU so much, he figured with a potential loss and a big time commit = firing of Les Miles.

I know you guys are talking about Anthony Johnson and he's is definitely not the guy that commited.He will be a LSU commit as long as Frank Wilson is at LSU.If Wilson leaves he may still be at LSU(momma)but likely follows Wilson.Don't even get your hopes up thinking it's him.The rumor id definitely true according to a very trusted Bama guy.He can't name who but said it's a kid that was at Bama this weekend.The only 3 that were there are Sylve,Quentin Griffin and A. Johnson(rumor only).This is why i assumed Sylve.I don't think you guys would take Griffin at this point and i know it's not A. Johnson.The confusing part is that I've gotten strong hints today that it's Mickey johnson but he wasn't at A-Day.We'll see when it goes public.Griffin and M. Johnson are the only 2 i'd feel safe with if I was a bama fan.A. Johnson for the reasons above would not stick or even be the guy.Sylve wouldn't stick either.The kid loves LSU and there's no way Saban's no visit policy would hold with him.
