What do you love most about College Football season(besides being at the games itself)?

- Love the tailgating, pre game festivities and just hanging out with my friends, wouldn't want to be anywhere else on a cool, Saturday afternoon/Night.

- The ride home listening to the post-game show (win/loss).

- When I'm just getting home from the game, tired off my arse but stay up 1-2 hours later just to watch College Football Final to catch up and watch the highlights of the games around the nation with Reece, Dr Lou, and Mark May.

- Bye weeks where I can actually sit down and enjoy other games outside of LSU and SEC games that effect LSU.

Makers and Sprite. Not that it's the only time I drink them, but definately drink more during the fall than the rest of the year

College Gameday in the morning...

shite-talking throughout the day

Cranking up the shite-talking during the game

REALLY cranking up the shite-talking after we win

Getting drunk all day long

Goddamnit...now I'm depressed.

One thing is certain and doesn't change anywhere in the SEC, we are the greatest experiences in college football

Winning

Tailgating: good food, good people

Getting as drunk as I can and screaming my arse off and not being able to talk the next day

Driving from Springfield to Fayetteville (About 2 hrs). We usually the day before, and stay with an old friend. Driving to the tailgateing site, blaring the Hog Band CD as loud as we can stand it, singing louder than the CD.
shite-talking fellow SEC fans.
The walk to DWRRS by BWA and McDonald Field, think about how the game is going to play out.
Oh, and the 5 game winning streak that I'm on, after not seeing a Hog win since the 2006 Alabama game.

And doing anything, and not careing what anyone else thinks. This usually leads to not talking the next day, but if it's a win, it's worth it!

the feeling and atmosphere of Tiger Stadium when the band plays those first four notes into each side of the stadium before the game (seriously, even if you're a fan of the opposing team, you gotta admit that's a unique atmosphere at that point). the feeling I get when my team runs out onto the field while I'm screaming my arse off, watching other games throughout the day/night that affect my team, waiting for the new polls to come out on Sunday afternoon, winning the game that you're not supposed to win, and the number 1 thing that I LOVE about football season is:
Those spontaneous moments in the stadium that will stay with you forever such as the way the crowd completely ERUPTED in the loudest chants of "LSU!" I've ever heard when Florida started jumping on the Eye of the Tiger right before the 2009 game. It's moments like that that make college football so great.

When the CBS/ESPN Sat. night intro comes on and you know you're in for a big time game.

My favorite thing is going to my grandparents house the day of the game. I don't get to see them as much as I should but since I am in Fayetteville for the game anyway, always good to stop in and visit for a bit.

From the CBS theme song to the Third Saturday in October, there is nothing better than college football in the South.

Definately one of the best parts. LSU's band is the best IMHO. Bama's version of "redneck woman" really took the trophy this year though

Waking up early at my brother's place. Walk outside and look at Bryant Denny which is 60 yards or so away with nothing in between. Set up 3 tvs on the porch. Fire up 2 grills and toss back some cold ones while looking at all the hot arse girls in sundresses.
