Tressell gets run out of Columbus.

Stoops to Ohio State.

Petrino to Oklahoma.

Malzahn to Arkansas.

Petrino gets two more years. Then takes over Miami from the recently fired Randy Shannon.

Most likely not, but it was the only thing that fit my scenario.

He will probably jump back to the Big East. That is the only place in football he can win.

Congrats Petrino has been the 2 worse AU teams since before the Jordan era. Even the Barfeild era was not as bad as the last 2 years.

Where do you get that? Most of us think very highly of him. Always have. He's no Judas. He's a good coach who stole too much of the limelight from his boss during the year he coached here. When he made a less-than-lateral move from Arkansas to the same position at Tulsa, 99.74% of Arkansas fans understood why. We also respect that he has taken the high road at every opportunity and never said one bad word in public about his boss at Arkansas or any of the Arkansas fans.

If Petrino were to leave his job at Arkansas, I would think if Malzahn was interested, most in Arkansas would be interested in having him.

I was going off the genral consensus that was posted on hogville.

Must be a completely different hogville than the one I read. I'd say there's an 80/20 split over there, with 80% being in the Malzahn camp and the 20% worshipping all things HDN.

There is a strong faction that wants to push Petrino out so Malzahn can come back. . .
