did you watch the 2009 football season? No team successfully ran between the tackles because of cody. If I owned an NFL team and wanted to stop teams from rushing between the tackles, I would draft cody. If you won't take my word for it, then ask Nick Saban.

Yeah i watched a ton of games. If i could talk to nick Saban right now I have no doubt at all that he would tell Cody to slim down to 340-350.

Right now i think the former Vol Dan Williams has passed him right now. Williams apparently looked very impressive at the weigh in. He held 330 very well.

Looking good has nothing to do with football skill. Earl Everett was a physical specimen when he was at Florida. He's a bellboy at some Disney Hotel now. Hell David Boston was a damn muscle at the end of his career, but he wasn't shite as a receiver at that point.

Thing with him is he has the football skills to back it up. He was listed as the number 2 NT in the draft. Alot of places had him higher than Cody already. This can only reaffirm those beliefs.

I think that more proves roids don't make you a good player.

My point is that one doesn't have to look like a damn model to be a good football player. Hell Peyton Manning is a goofy looking sombitch, but pretty much everyone agrees he's a top 5 quarterback of all-time.

To throw a defensive player out there, I'll just mention Albert Haynesworth and his 6'6 350 lb arse.

I agree. No doubt. However, looking good at a weigh in proves you work hard in the weight room.

"he had the worst, least toned body there"......how many NFL nose guards have "toned" bodies? When you way 360lbs, then your body is not toned, unless your shooting roids in your arse.

All I'm saying is he needs to drop some fat.

MT. Cody's weigh in
your body is not toned, unless your shooting roids in your arse

Are you the Kennesaw guy in the Mcelroy thread for the other day? Did you watch some more NFL film today?

Are you saying this about all players or just NT?

Not if he's dominating everyone at 370 in 1-on-1 as they say he is...

"are you saying this about players or just nt".....I'm saying that about 360 pound ppl regardless of whether they play football or not. It's damn near impossible to weigh 360lbs and be ripped at the same time.

I would think only 25 tackles in 14 games would hurt his draft status even more.

He also blocked two field goals that Nick Saban could have blocked cause the ball was kicked so low.

Long distance FGs have to be kicked low?

I guess. In your expert opinion, which NFL team takes him in the first round?

parcells apparently loves him. i could see the Jets giving him a look as well. it's hard this early to know who is interested in who.

Cody is a great player. i feel though he could be even more effective if he drops some weight and adds muscle or just loses it in general.
