Players laying in the mud on the ball can't delay the game intentionally, knowing full well LSU was out of time outs.

Bowman said he didn't think Hitt should have been penalized.

yeah and players also can't purposely delay the game you stupid fricking gump it was a horrible call and probably cost us the game kinda like that horrible call against as when we played yall

It happens all the time. It happens on fumbles when players are trying to get into the pile. And, it happens on plays like this one.
Have you ever seen that called a personal foul?

It happens all the time when the clock is rolling and one team is trying to get back to the line and the other team is laying around on guys trying to delay the game

It's done just for about every fumble in every game.
