they didn't drop anyone. they were dropped. i personally know some members of the independence bowl committee. they are great folks and have done a TREMENDOUS job with their bowl. i am sorry to see any set back they have. for you to call that a crappy bowl pisses me off and shows me how little you know about life. if you ever get a job and try to succeed, i can laugh at you if you do not meet expectations. in fact, i hope you fail, a-hole.

Whether or not the Indy Bowl committee works hard or not is irrelevant. The bowl annually is stuck w/ 6-6 or 7-5 teams b/c it is so lowly regarded. If the NCAA ever sprouted some testicles & put some reasonable limits on the # of bowls, this Indy Bowl would be among the 1st to fold.
Face the truth, Shreveport is NOT a touristic destination at any time of the yr, certainly not for a game involving underachievers. UGA didn't even sell out its allotment this yr. The Bulldogs always travel in large #s for regular season games. Let me guess, you think everyone deserves to play in a bowl, regardless of how lousy they were in the season? That shows how little you know about life.
Hey LSU GrandDad, if you think a bunch of late teen & early 20-somethings are excited about spending time in Shreveport, then you're obviously too stupid to operate a computer. I feel sorry for the grandchild who turned on the computer and worked the mouse for you to spew your drivel. I hope he/she wipes that drool off your mouth then changes your diaper ASAP. That's oviously why you're in such an insultingly cranky mood to respond w/ a lame-brained message.
