i have no facts to back this up, but Clausen will set some franchise back 4 years, imo..

Maybe.
But I'd say the odds of him doing so are much less than Mallet/McCoy/Bradford/Tebow.

I'm with you. It's a gut feeling I have that Clausen does not have what it takes to be successful in the NFL.
