I would assume so since nothing else has been mentioned. I don't think any of them would serve serious time behind bars, but it surely has to be more than the punishment for having 8 oz of weed or getting a DUI.

I think they all got super high and Jackson wanted to get something to eat. He gets down the other three idiots conjure up the idea to rob someone for some money with a pellet gun (an idea that can only seem reasonable after a massive marijuana intake). It had to be a spur of the moment idea considering they decided to try to rob someone in a Hyundai and one of them was wearing a UT football shirt.
In the report, it said the girl was smiling/laughing the whole time... she's probably the type that gets goofy while being high (I hate people like that, fwiw).
ETA: All four are insanely stupid.

Nu'keese Janzen Mike Edwards and some ugly girl got arrested for trying to rob people
Edwards and Nu'keese did it they had pellet guns to try to intimidate..according to the victims they werent very good at it, and the people had no money on them

Janzen will be lucky to get out of this as well. Lets see,he's had curfew violation(this might be another one as well),fight with a bouncer,while trying to sneak alcohol out of a club,failed a drug test(suspended),and now an accessory to hamburglary-at gunpoint,with drugs in the car at 1:43 in the morning. Hmmm...I'm sure the institution of finer learning will let him back in....Right!

If the evidece and alligations pan out, it looks as though Jackson and Richardson are going to be wearing an orange jumpsuit and taking it up the arse in prison.

But New Keys is a bigger recruit than Derrick Odom and was actually producing a little bit on the field, instead of being a flop and a 3rd stringer. And Edwards isn't exactly an unkown walk-on.
Also, this seems a lot more serious than a bar fight, which is essentially what the Varsity incident was, right?

Granted I wasn't paying that much attention to everything at the time, but I didn't realize that a gun was ever involved. I thought that Benton, Odom, and Xavier Carter were defacing private property and that while RP was basically the guy that started the whole confrontation, he didn't come back the second time.
