Seriously...if Rodriguez gets the boot in Michigan, Coach Miles would be crazy not to return to Ann Arbor

Especially if you collapse down the stretch and finish with 4 losses again......which could realistically happen, IMO

The heat would be turned up on Miles big-time and he might never get a shot at Michigan again.....

That said, I think Rodriguez gets one more year to work with--I mean even Ty Willingham got three years at Notre Dame, so cutting Rodriguez loose after just two would look imprudent.....unless they closed a deal with Miles before letting Rodriguez go.....

Why would he want to go to that train wreck? Besides the problems of the football program the entire state is an economic wasteland and they're also looking for a new AD.

RichRod in trouble up in Michigan.

I know a little bit about Michigan. Barring personal malfeasance or a significant NCAA sanction over something that happened since he became coach, it is highly unlikely that UM won't give Rodriguez 5 years to see what he can do.

Hoss....have your team win something before coming in here and throwing crap around. Now, thinking about it, LSU could probably finish with 4 losses again. Come to think about it, can Ole Miss get back to its #4 ranking this year?

UM's run by a woman, Coleman, she isn't gonna can RR this year, next year at the earliest, and I think at least two more bad ones if it were solely up to her..

Which by then at Michigan, it wouldn't be, if they're losing.

PF commentators say Saban gets a call.
It was Tim Brando who said that.

IMO, LSU -> Mich would be a downgrade, but if that's where the heart is???

Same with Bama -> LSU. If Saban's heart is in BR, he's crazy not to drive on down I-59.

Arlo, back in the day, probably Alabama was looked upon as a downgrade from Texas A&M, but Coach Bryant followed his heart and returned. I would see the same thing happening with Coach Miles.

If you really think Michigan will tolerate FIVE losing seasons before they fire a coach, then you really do NOT know anything about Michigan, as you claim.......

God, even Ole Miss fired Orgeron after just 3 years......and heaven knows Michigan is not nearly as patient as Ole Miss is......

I'm just looking forward to hearing the first member of the media to bring this up to Saban.

Well, he lost his NC virginity there. He also had numerous affairs there according to LSU fan posts here. Why wouldn't he be a little sentimental about returning to his old stomping grounds?

#1 reason the old lady would not let him return to LSU.

All the more reason the Mrs. wouldn't be too thrilled about going back. Never knew about "numerous" only a "few".
