Would a UF vs Bama BCS Championship game..

ever happen? Lets say Bama and the Gators are #1 and #2 going into the SECCG would the loser be eliminated from the Championship game just because their only loss was the SECCG?

I remember a couple years ago they were talking about a rematch of MIchigan and Ohio State b/c each team was undeated. It is possible but I think there is some degree of politicing to it. I think it will be the big12 and sec champ

they get angry all the time- such as when ohio state has played in the bcs game
that is why los angeles fricks vote in the ap for the only team worthwhile out there

Unless there's something like every team has two losses, and both SECCG participants have a loss (even then, I think it'd be unlikely) it will NEVER happen.

If it can never happen then they need to do away with all polls and the BCS.
No way any one loss team who doesnt play a conference championship game should get in over any team who is undefeated and their only loss is in the Championship game.

Didn't they make a rule stating you had to win your conference to play in the champions game?

Yes...Remember last year Bama was #1 going into the SECCG against #2 Florida. Florida beats us Play Okie #3 for the NC we got Utah #6. Go figure..
