Overreaction based on one week of play

I just got finished reading several threads, and the overreacting of SEC fans about their teams is freaking hilarious. People either seem to be insanely optimistic or the "Sky is falling". Not seeing a lot of level-headedness going around. Hilarity ensues.
I've seen Auburn fans saying they'll be 7-0 heading into the LSU game. I've got Tennessee fans thinking they'll give Florida a good game. LSU fans are ready to jump off the cliff about the defense and playcalling. UGA fans have already written off the season. A Bama fan even interjected that their 3rd string WR is one of the best in the country.
Lighten up people, it is only ONE WEEK.

I can't really say anything about my team since we basically had a glorified practice.

which is why i love this forum. True fans, completely ridiculous comments, banter, great assessments here and there, good info. I love college football and the SEC.
The one thing we all agree on is the SEC is tops!

can't really say much after week 1, except the SEC west looks vastly improved over last year. can't wait to see the MSU/Aub game this weekend; could turn out totally different from last year's 3-2 classic.

IT'S WEEK ONE... we've been waiting all year to do this. Let us have our moment. And that moment is for the rest of the season, and offseason... and when kickoff starts next year.... come to think of it, it plain doesn't end.

I garuntee that the LSU defense will rank higher in overall defense than the vols. And am willing to make a wager.
