Is he going to be released like Spikes (?) was after breaking and entering to get his girlfriends car?

I wasn't aware you could be arrested for "having words" with someone who was "having words" with you back, and apparently with someone who started the "words" session. Go figure. Doesn't sound like Nico did anything terribly wrong, and especially nothing warranting going to fricking jail for.

Yeah, but wasn't the charge disturbing the peace or disorderly conduct. At least those are legit, this is fricking verbal harrassment (not of a female).
