Yesterday A&M took a commit from Bryson Warren, former 17th ranked high schooler who chose to bypass college originally for the G league. I know it is part of the game now, but I’m not a fan of bringing pros back to college

I am not a fan of it either. But, if they are going to allow it, I want LSU to do it too.

The NCAA has never looked more incompetent than the last several years.
Asleep at the wheel while college athletics drives off a cliff.
RIP.

Hopefully that Tuscaloosa judge bans his arse.

Well well well. If this kid is allowed to play, Charles Bediako will have some very interesting arguments he can make in court.

whenever they try to be competent and enforce rules people just sue them and go in front of a local judge and get what they want anyway.
i've never been a "fan" of the NCAA but the last 5 years sure has me longing for some, ANY, kind of governing body that can actually enforce shite.

Always wondered why colleges didn't start an alternate entity.
Of course that wouldn't have assured better governance. Firm believer in the Dilbert principle: you get promoted to your highest level of incompetence.

I’m in the same boat, not a fan, but if that is how things are going to work, they have to play the game

And when every other school does it, every poster here who criticized Alabama for CB will defend their school's decision to the death.

and hopefully every other school doesnt try to do it during the middle of the season either

I was told the big difference between the two is that one left college for the pros, the A&M commit didn’t

That's pretty much it.

A distinction without a difference.

At this point not the fault of the ncaa. Bleeding heart chick thinking judges decided they needed to right
The wrongs of the mistreatment of college athletes. After all..to liberal women and pussified men…college scholarships and many other benefits was next to slavery. They especially hate football and if they could they would make it against the law to play. Primitive barbarians you are who like or play football.
