It all makes sense in how Florida made the Elite 8 in 2017. It was Dusty May all along. Any success that Mike White had, Dusty May was a part of. When Dusty May left Florida for Florida Atlantic, Mike White turned into what he's known for today: middle-of-the-road team bubble teams that often go on 8-10 minute droughts in scoring.

I don't recall ever seeing a fanbase so absolutely obsessed with a former coach, after said program upgraded to a better coach.
It's really odd. Imagine UGA fans absolutely trashing donnan when we got richt, or richt when we got kirby. It's just...strange. Yall still post about MW weekly even though it's been like 5 years.

It's an observation based on Dusty May's accomplishments. You have a meddling coach, congrats on sweating out selection Sunday every year.
We're very happy with our coach.

Tbh I don’t even care about UGA anymore or Florida football. Florida football is officially dead and UGA isn’t a real rival in basketball.
But I will always hate Mike white because he’s just an unlikable passive aggressive pos. He’s like an archetype for the Disney gators and what the UAA loves in a coach.
Which is clearly evidenced by the UAA media shills berating fans for when he left

He's trying to pretend they never bragged about "stealing" him away or saying he was a better coach than Golden after we lost to Colorado in the first round.
