This is what's wrong with our justice system, lady kills 3 people gets 15 years with all but 3 suspended. With time served she'll only have to serve 2 more. Insanity

So she will spend less time in prison than Ruggs for committing the exact same offense despite killing 3 people instead of 1? I know every state has its own sentencing statutes/guidelines, but that just doesn't sit well with me.

Our justice system is so broken. Activist judges giving lenient sentences are making everything less safe for everyone.

This is a very redneck story but I'm from Alabama, so bear with me. I had a common law uncle charged with attempted murder who served over a decade in prison. Meanwhile you have people who actually killed human beings serving less than half of that.
