I was wondering what the first Ole Piss LSU-obsessed thread was going to be today and here it is.

So, you're telling me that LSU has had the talent to be ranked there but underachieved.

"LSU fired Brian Kelly too soon."

Then you are also telling me that our current coach has been overachieving with lesser talent and he also just signed the best portal class in the portal's short history.

For a team like LSU its national championship or bust. I would guess for LSU fans they dont care whether they finish #3, #11 or #21, if it isnt number 1 then its all the same. It says a lot about the difference between the two programs where Ole Miss fans get excited about finishing like #5 instead of like #15. For big time programs that actually win national championships, anything outside of #1 is all the same.

Lets really take a look at the "stats". Those numbers are taking into consideration where someone started in the poll and where they ended up.

So, since 2000 there are 17 seasons that Ole Miss ended up not ranked in the AP top 25. That means that they could have started at #60, 74, 80 and ended up #30, 40, 50. Yes, that shows improvement.

LSU, in that same period ended up in the AP top 25 19 times, where they could have started a little higher in the AP poll then they ended up. That is a big difference in what you are trying to prove. Just leave it alone and stop trolling.

Ole Miss fans bitch about oh another Ole Miss post by a LSU fan. You're the biggest instigator of them all.
