They’re pissed he didn’t let Lane finish the job.

Ole Miss should be celebrating a national title right now but instead they’re watching their best players leave to chase one at LSU.

All because of Ole Miss egos.

Watching the way the playoffs finished… I think they could’ve won it all with Lane and the full staff. That stings.

Knowing deep down that they will never get that opportunity again probably makes it hurt a little more

We heard y’all were going to take Chambliss, Lacy, 3 starting offensive linemen, Deuce Alexander and any other player y’all wanted.

Instead, y.all got 1 defensive starter, a freshman WR, a freshman OL and had to pay 1.5 million to get PU.

You think y’all won?

lol Most did! You got a few but not nearly as many as I would have thought! Ole Miss has done a masterful job in portal class! So has LSU

It is kind of funny that the guy LSU desperately needs to write checks to these players paid to go to UGA instead of going to LSU for free. Guess if anyone knows how much you'd need to be paid to go there instead of somewhere else, it's that guy.

He saved face by saving our roster and elevating a coach who was good enough to win games in the playoffs. Keith kicked Lanes arse. Now lane has to spend fifty million dollars just to keep the game close in September. Sad

Considering how the typical coach in NIL/transfer clown era who changes job purges the former roster (see Matt Campbell who took like 30 ISU guys to Penn State), losing only 4 to LSU seems fine for Ole Miss. Would have expected more especially offensive guys TBFH.

American Psychological Association

Definition of "obsession":

quote:

n. a persistent thought, idea, image, or impulse that is experienced as intrusive or inappropriate and results in marked anxiety, distress, or discomfort. Obsessions are often described as ego-dystonic in that they are experienced as alien or inconsistent with one’s self and outside one’s control (though this is not necessarily the case in children). Common obsessions include repeated thoughts about contamination, a need to have things in a particular order or sequence, repeated doubts, aggressive or horrific impulses, and sexual imagery. Obsessions can be distinguished from excessive worries about everyday occurrences in that they are not concerned with real-life problems. The response to an obsession is often an effort to ignore or suppress the thought or impulse or to neutralize it by a compulsion. See obsessive-compulsive disorder. —obsessional adj. —obsessive adj.

It’s amazing that LSU fans are the ones claiming Carter is a bad AD when literally everyone else, including Ole Miss fans, are saying he played this whole thing about as perfectly as you could have.

LSU fans are delusional

You spent a million dollars more for those players than anyone else in the country would have. Please do not pretend loyalty was an issue here.
