Neither was Cignetti until right now. Kiffin left before giving himself a chance.

Point is, it can happen, but probably not very likely in Cignetti's case.

It’s almost like Cignetti is a better coach, figured out the what to get in transfer portal better, and has more confidence in his coaching ability.
