That’s nice. But I swear there must be a thousand “National Championships” for Cheerleading at all levels because some local cheer team is always winning a national championship somewhere.

That was probably the LSU dance team, they are excellent.

Got robbed of another title by the woke squad. Gave it to an inferior team from UNLV because it had some dudes on it.

My daughter is in the cheer world, and has coaches on this team. For college cheer, this was the actual national championship. Many bigger competitions call the division winner “national champions”, but the real national championship for AllStar cheer happens at Summit for level 5 and under Junior and Senior teams, which takes place in May, you have to earn a bid to be invited. Level 6 championship is called “Worlds” which also happens in May, you also have to earn a bid to be invited. All other “National Champions” are for that competition only.
