Probably, that conference should have Miami running it, with Clemson and FSU. But now, anyone can win it. Duke, SMU, Virginia.

In 20+ years Miami has never won the ACC.

FSU, Clemson and Miami should be able to recruit, NIL, and out talent everyone else. Yet, they can’t for some reason. They have more blue chippers than everyone else, and struggle.
