Hank Hendrix commits to Hogs

Fayetteville QB Hank Hendrix chooses Hogs over Michigan, Auburn, Texas Tech, Mizzou and others and will enroll in May and be on team for the 2026 season. Big get for Silverfield to go along with his top 10 portal class.

I don’t understand skipping a year of high school. Enjoy being young while you can.

Going to be a good one. Currently 16 years old. Son of a coach.

It’s really not a good thing to do. He should stay in HS and maybe sign at midterm then enroll at Arkansas. He would benefit from playing another year.
Guess he will be 17 competing with guys that have played 6 years of college ball.
I think it hurt Ewers career when he left early. I believe John David Booty was the first to do it and I don’t think he had much of a problem career after he left USC.

Right now, with NIL $...it's about cashing in. Who knows if the NCAA would change the rules and you would lose that opportunity if you waited too long.
