At this point, I am not even sure what a "traditional spring game format" is...

Would make it better with some baseball to watch. Maybe should have a concert or something to increase attendance.

I thought we killed off A-day games last year?

Drago knows what he’s doing. Get the game back on ESPN. Free recruiting commercial

A lot of the changes with A-Day had to do with the post spring transfer portal and not wanting to show guys off at that game or to have guys look like they are down on the depth chart and have teams try and tamper with them.
Now that there is no spring transfer portal, no risk of that. Only thing NCAA has done semi-right recently is removing that spring portal. I'm glad it will be a normal game. Will be curious if it will be offense vs defense type scrimmage or if they will divide teams up. Will be there for it for sure this year.

Harsin and Freeze certainly emasculated it to the point it wasn't worth watching.

Until one player decides to try and transfer anyway and gets away with it somehow.

If we truly have a traditional A Day game again then that is exciting af.

You think potential recruits are going to take time from their social media accounts to watch a spring game on a Saturday afternoon? Lol

The ones that are serious and love the game, yes. Those are the types of kids we want. The ones that eat, sleep and breathe football.
