Lane will get 4 years minimum unless he shits the bed completely. Actually working hard and trying to be involved in the community will buy you some time.

Kelly wasn’t building this program. He wasn’t trying. He was coasting. That all came out after the termination.
Kiffin isn’t lazy; so if he does what he needs to do, LSU will be in playoff contention in short order.
Not sure why aggy cares? Maybe focus on scoring more than a field goal in the playoffs before you worry about LSU?

I don’t think LsU is a playoff team next year but maybe.
Regardless, Lane has worked 4 times harder than Kelly did and that right there will make me give him more leeway in the first few years.

When and if they go 8-4 again or 7-5 again next season, LSU fans will quickly go into "Rome wasn't built in a day and Kiffin just needs more time to get his player in the system" mode, and the convenient narrative shift will be hilarious.
