I'm actually a mustard burger/sandwich guy....mayo solo is gross to me, but when making ranch, something magical happens and it stops looking like porn bed sheet leavins, and becomes a wonderful salad dressing.

Louisiana folks will prob swear by Blue Plate but I find Dukes is better.

There was a company out of Oklahoma that made great mayo called Griffin's. Not sure if they're still around.

Dukes is creamier, BP is more savory.
I like them both but usually prefer BP.
