Honestly though, how can it be pass interference if the WR gives up on the route and has no idea the ball was even thrown to him?

well none of that happened and you can't wrap your arms around the WR and hold him from having an opportunity at making the catch

That’s exactly what happened. I’m not one of these tards that blame everything on the refs. The QB was under pressure and just threw it up and the WR slowed down and coasted into the DB and neither players knew the ball was thrown in their direction.

The ineligible reciever call wiping out the first down at the Houston 20 was worse.

As a DB, what reason is there ever to hug a guy who doesn’t have the ball 20 yds downfield?
That’s just dumbass football. The phantom ineligible receiver was way fricking worse.
