This years Texas Bowl is a fun matchup

I bet it ends up being a good game.

It's a good matchup for the city of Houston. The city school vs. LSU which has a huge alumni presence in the metro area

I'm curious where LSU ranks as far as alumni bases go in Houston.

As far as major schools probably around top 5. UH, A&M, UT, Texas Tech, Baylor, LSU. That’s my guess in order.

Houston has its warts, but I still love it. It can be a lot of fun and a lot of money can be made there. It dominates the Gulf of America. More tonnage moves through the Port of Houston than any other port in the USA.

I’m hoping it will be a good game as my nephew works for the UH football team. I’ll still be rooting for LSU but want to see a competitive game. If I’m not mistaken, Houston has the largest alumni fanbase outside of Louisiana.
