"For awhile it's been intrinsically looking at ourself and asking each player, 'Did you come here to develop? Did you truly come here to develop? Because if you did....all your buddies out there are announcing I'm going in the portal.'

How about you announce that you are getting better? How about announce you are going to practice and you are going to do what the 20 and 30 years of football players did before you which was practice in December on bowl teams and get better. If you're gonna play somewhere else, you know what you need to do? You need to get better. If you're gonna play here, you know what you need to do? You need to get better. If you wanna go to the NFL, this is your last chance to get better. They're not giving you much opportunity to get better. They're gonna cut you or keep you based on how you do there. They don't get much opportunity to practice in pads."

Yeah this is the standard weird nonsensical shite that this particular aspie tends to subject this board to. We will continue to endure, somehow.

If you say who it is, some will hate it and probably not even read it.

But it's 100 percent truth no matter who said it.

Who cares what that fat lesbo has to say. He still has an embarrassingly bad 2-7 losing record to Bama

Serious question, who hates Kirby? I feel like he is the most respected coach in the game. Only active natty winner besides Dabo and Ryan Day and way more liked than either of them

Tennessee fans (still beating them despite the improvement)
Florida fans (owning them like Spurrier owned us)
Bama fans (despite the head to head, hate because we've been the best SEC program the past five years)
Texas fans (Can't beat him)

Auburn fans to a lesser extent (I guess it's because most of their anger is focused inward, but they do have some hate)

The rest have a few haters. (Think some get tired of hearing his name, understandable)

I got to where I hated Jordan, Phil and the Bulls. Nothing personal, just got tired of them winning it every year.

Everyone eventuallly hated Bama and Saban everywhere. Not just the SEC. Was on a Facebook board with mostly military vets and those guys couldn't wait for Bama to lose every year.

Just the way of it in sports.

I mean, I hate having to play him but don’t hate him like I hate someone like Hugh Freeze.

Some bama fans are handling their Kirby Derangement Syndrome better than others.

I have to agree that what he said needed to be said and is 100% spot on. I respect Kirby, it seems like he’s one of the few that says it like it is and has the accolades to back it up.

It is. But reading sadly is a lost art for most people on the internet these days.

This is important. All coaches are telling this to their players. And they talk about it to each other. It takes a coach with some hardware to say it "out loud".
