This sports writer doesn't seem to be a Kiffin fan...calls his tweet "obnoxious"

Apparently a Lane tweet set him off. I can't say he is wrong about anything he says.
quote:

Lane Kiffin lives in his own reality.

The Ole Miss pariah turned LSU savior, to the tune of $91 million, has already begun his revisionist history of somehow being the victim in the entire saga that enraptured the entire college football landscape until the 50-year-old hot yoga zen master snuck off to Baton Rouge on a private plane, serenaded by Rebels fans with plenty of f-bombs and other unseemly chants.

But contrary to that revisionist history, Mississippi police called him out that Kiffin was never run off the road.

As the troll king builds his new empire in Louisiana, his former team starts their College Football Playoff run in the opening game against Tulane, and Kiffin naturally had to try to steal the headlines a couple of hours before kickoff, trying to squash the feud that has gone all the way up to the governors' mansions of both states who battled for the services of Kiffin.

"It[']s not the hunger games guys," Kiffin wrote. "Let’s both cheer for each other all year long except when we play each other."

To add insult to injury for Ole Miss fans, who still feel very much betrayed, Kiffin added the peace and Mississippi state flag emojis with LSU and Ole Miss football hashtags...

I don’t see how the tweet is obnoxious. Who is actually trying to steal headlines here?

Faux outrage is all the rage. Or maybe we should call it Feaux Outrage in this case. These sports reporters act like coaching moves are life or death. It’s sports. And a business. They need to stop crying. It’s exhausting and they only make themselves look dumb.

many or most sports writers walk around getting their feelings hurt as a cottage industry

OM fans are a weird bunch. They claim that they are happy that Kiffin is gone and that they wanted Golding at head coach all along. However , they are as jilted as a bride being dumped at the alter. It makes no sense. LSU even loaned them our coaches to help them win , and they can’t even mutter a Thank You.

Yes, we all remember how calmly LSU fans handled Saban going to Bama. Ole Miss fans should learn from their example.

I for one love the fact that Lane is pissing folks off this badly over his social media.

Merry Christmas.

Somebody didn't get their ration of BLM dick this week.

I would be angry too if I was a Mizzou fan.

The cheerleading squad also holds multiple NCA National College Cheer Team Championships.

I never once said anything about Ole Miss fans. I specifically said reporters.
