being in an FBS bowl. FBS needs to contract. FCS needs to grow.

If you know a lot about other G5 teams, there are many who are in more trouble of crashing back to FCS than Kennesaw State
Kennesaw has only had a program for ten years and made up huge ground in that time, all the way to 1A
Many others who have been around quite a while are the ones in trouble IMO. ULM might be the worst. Their endowment a few years ago was so bad that they try to not list the actual number now. People would say endowment is not a factor on top two sports financial health. That's BS. If your endowment sucks, your alumni and booster dollars suck.

It is SEC related. Lance Taylor, the Western Michigan head coach, is a former player for the Crimson Tide. He may also be the head coach at Bama one day.

This needs to happen to a lot of schools, I’d agree. Way too many schools thought they’d fatten up on FBS money and it ain’t there because of lack of fan support and the cost to run a football team

I couldn't care less about who plays in low level bowl games, P4 schools now rarely have any star players that will even play in them anymore or even starters. It's just bad football.
