Odd coincidence or whatever, but I feel almost exactly the same way about Raiola and Curtis. I don't care that they went somewhere else, but I don't like them leading Georgia astray until the very last moment. If you're undecided, or something's changed, be honest with the coach. The way those two handled their business made me suspicious that they were never honest with Kirby from the start.

Don't commit if you aren't committed. More of a reflection of poor parenting and a lack of moxie required to lead the Dawgs through the crucible.

The younger brother of Dylan Raiola (a QB) just decommitted from Nebraska. This might portend Dylan entering the transfer portal. Some rumors are he wants to come to Georgia. I say No way Jose.

Who is the next Stetson Bennett/ Gunner Stockton type recruit out there?

Kirby needs to stick withthe gritty humble native Georgia”s son winner prototype

Agree completely but unfortunately the players are holding all the cards in these situations. Any NCAA regulations that might limit lack of commitment would likely be challenged and overturned.
I think the only solution is better assessment of recruits and yea, focus on in-state players who show a history of interest in UGA as fans and family members who have shown support for Georgia.

Georgia plays Vanderbilt next year so Karma may be coming for Jared Curtis pretty soon.

I never begrudge a young man for what college he chooses to go to and I hope I never will. I do begrudge them if they disparage other schools in doing so. Be grateful to all that extended.

And waiting to the last moment to flip, thus cutting the legs out from under a school's opportunity to recruit another player at that position. It is dirty and borderline unethical.

Did Vandy know all along and encourage the Curtis situation?

It's unethical, I hope Kirby scores 84 on them next year.

Once someone goes full mercenary, it makes sense to play the other team for as long as you can. If you can help weaken them, so much the better in case you have to play them later. Not exactly what you'd call honest, but tactically sound.
