Committed to Vandy there expected to sit for awhile or are they looking at the portal for QBs? Maybe as a starter or backup?

NIL and the transfer portal, along with their endowment money ... might make Vanday great again.

When should we expect the MVGA hats?

They remodeled their stadium to make it look even more like a Texas HS Football stadium.

Aren't they planning on using the Titans' stadium, when available, for at least one big game next year?

I thought I read somewhere that they'll play a game there beginning next season?

They're land locked. Pretty compact campus, Memorial Gym is about 2 feet from the stadium.

Heck even the new Titans stadium only seats 60k. it will be a palace but a small one.

with all the entertainment and special events in Nashville, amazed it wasn't at least 75k. But Goodell said it is good to go for a Super Bowl.

I think they needed more space for the baseball field that runs behind the home side. Either way, Nashville SC has a beautiful small stadium 4 miles from campus and the Medical center could use that space Dudley is on.

Endowment funds can't be used to pay athletes.

I don't think that's correct, but I'll double check.

All schools these days have an athletic endowment fund ... most have for years. Big donors fund them expressly for athletics.

At SC it's the Garnet Society.

Vandy has plenty of well off donors.

There are also endowments set-up and managed stictly for NIL funding. SC's is managed by a quasi agent/talent pool firm.

Jared Curtis went to Vandy for one reason and that was because he will be the starter day one. At Georgia he would have more than likely have to sit for at least the first year. And that is not sour grapes I would take him right now if he hit the transfer portal.
