But I expected Alabama to at least, like, try yesterday (the defense did I guess but the offense didn't get off the bus.) Now we get to lose to OU again.

DeBoer isn't the guy. I suspect his seat will be scorching going into next year and he's going to seriously have feelers out for the next P4 job that comes open.

I think he beats OU. And then I think he gets pantsed by Indiana. Losing to a team with Indiana's prestige (even though they are a legit team this year) is going to put him on the hot seat real fast.

And Lane is carefully monitoring the situation...

Losing to the number 1 team? I doubt he would get fired for that.

DeBoer can't beat Oklahoma. Especially after yesterday. I don't see how he can come back from that, it was almost 21-0 esque.

I dont think he would get fired. But after seeing that defense and how Bama has played the past few weeks.. That game wouldnt be close

Would gump fans really be OK with losing by multi scores to Indiana? Even if they are #1?

Nick created a monster and you’ll be hard pressed to find another coach who can feed it like he did. Getting on the coaching merry go round can be the worst thing to do when you’re pissed off about 10 win playoff seasons. Good grief.

As bad as we played yesterday, remember it was against Georgia. Sometimes fans don't give respect to the other team. We didn't beat ourselves, Georgia made our arse quit. Oklahoma isn't Georgia. We can beat them.

I'm not mad about a 10 win playoff season, I'm mad about getting pulling an LSU 2011 NCG performance. Miles never recovered from that. DeBoer won't recover from this.

I won't kick Bama while they're down, I'll just say that I think its a bit premature to start getting out the cross and nails for ol KD. UGA started the season a little shaky, but we're hitting our stride, just in time for the playoffs. And you gotta figure, Bama has been our nemisis for the better part of a decade, so this team was feeling a whoooole lotta frustration coming into that game last night.

There's definitely some kinks to work out (the inexplicable loss to FSU is still baffling) but Bama, UGA and Ohio St are still at the top of the mountain when it comes to recruiting talent. He's got to find some chemistry and get everybody on the same page, but I wouldn't write him off just yet. JMHO

And can someone tell me why he didn't at least give Russell a shot when it's been apparent for half the season now that Ty has lost his mojo?

Bama had to throw up on themselves to lose to OU the first time. Bama can’t lose round 2

You win again.(on stupid takes). you really want to put a freshman with zero experience in a game with no run game, no protection (Ty had 19 pressures) and you seem to think that’s the answer?

Ty didn’t play very good.. but no QB in history was going to thrive in that system in last nights game.

There’s never been a QB born that can win a game by himself.. and last night was an across the board offensive travesty..

Now scoot along troll
