Mississippi State might end up in a bowl game

Kansas State and Iowa State have opted out of bowls. State is 3rd in the APR amongst 5-7 teams. If Rice or UCF decline, or if one more team declines, State will have the opportunity to play in a bowl game.
First Responder Bowl, Independence Bowl or Armed Forces Bowl likely options.

With a young quarterback, those extra days of practice would be huge.

Both lost their coaches and just don't want to deal with it.
Players opting out of bowl games was the beginning of the end. Now teams are opting out.

They should take it, a paycheck and experience for the players.

They will play an ACC team.

We certainly don't deserve to go bowling with a 5-7 record and certainly not after Coach Grimace's stellar play calling that cost us a winning season. What a joke!

Mississippi State does not deserve to go to a bowl game and Coach Grimace will make bad play calls, lose the game and damage our winning bowl record.
