When asked why he let Kiffin go from Alabama, he said Kiffin was more focused on the FAU job than the "LSU" job?

I don't blame him... Lane is more focused on the buyout than he is the LDU job now. I just hope LDU fans don't burn him alive for going 8-4 next year.

I don’t know that I’ve seen a more pathetic group of people than the LSU fans that are desperate to convince everyone that Saban always wished he was at LSU.

Saban wanted to come back to LSU when he left the Dolphins. Bama was a fall back job.
The LSU AD said no.

If that's true then it's the stupidest thing LSU has ever done. And that's a long list to top. So I tend to believe it.

The only thing going on is LSU hired a coach and like everything else LSU fans have to exaggerate and hype everything up as the greatest thing ever.
And everyone else is sitting here like - this shite again already? Because you all did the same crap 4 years ago. Brian Kelly can do all this at notre dame, he's going to kill it at LSU with our resources and blah fricking blah.
And every time someone pointed out he couldn't win big games, was mostly successful at Notre Dame because he played weak schedules and wasn't generally well liked - here came LSU fans shitting on everything saying it was fear, coping and whatever else.
And now you're sitting here cheering and acting like it's the greatest thing ever simply because people are talking about it. How fricking desperate do you need to be? I couldn't imagine cheering because LSU fans are talking about Alabama....especially since it never stops.
