When are people going to admit that Ole Miss is the a-hole here?

Everyone’s bitching about Kiffin saying he “gave up” on his team and let them down. Why aren’t more people acknowledging how stinky Ole Miss’s decision to not let him finish the best season in their history is, though? Don’t feed me all the BS about not wanting him to recruit players to LSU while coaching their playoffs. If those players want to transfer to LSU, they would.

Ole Miss is a bitch for being too insecure to let him continue coaching the rest of the season. LSU was more than willing to let that happen. Kiffin fought like hell for it to happen. Keith Carter is a bitch.

Ole Miss is going to get knocked out of the playoffs and throw their potential championship away out of pettiness. I don’t blame Kiffin for wanting to get out of that toxic relationship.

Cheating wife. Family vacation.

Self-explanatory.

“Yeah I know I was fricking the neighbor but we should still get married! We’ve come this far!”

“What? frick no, get out”

“What the frick?! You are such a selfish a-hole!”

The logic LSU fans are using to make Ole Miss the bad guy

The Rant is going to be glorious in 2 years when Kiffin fricks over LSU for the NFL. He’s a scum bag and has left a trail of tears everywhere he’s been.

Can’t wait for it to happen in Baton Rouge.

Sure, Ole Miss should have let LSU's HC hang around for another month, recruiting for LSU, talking to our players even more to get them to hit the portal, give up an entire recruiting cycle, let LSU's HC be a walking advertisement for LSU while at Ole Miss.

Makes perfect sense.

Ole Miss is the bad guy here? That makes sense only in an LSU fan's mind

Will you feel the same if he does it after two years and a national championship?

Well, they aren't... so. why would anyone admit that?

Lane wanted to leave to go to LSU... yet stay and coach Ole Miss... while being the LSU head coach... Ole Miss rightfully said no thank you and Lane is attempting, in he petty, childish usual way, to burn it to the ground on the way out of town.

Anyone else remember when Bo Schembechler was faced with the same decision and how that played out?

If you know you're getting a divorce from your wife, would you keep the same bank account?

I didn't think so.

I don’t blame Ole Miss for not letting him stay and coach them while also preparing a rival roster for next year. LSU and Ole Miss will likely be competing for a lot of the same recruits and transfers and I would expect LSU to do the same were it reversed. There’s also risking Kiffin pulling Ole Miss players while he’s there but let’s be honest, that’s happening whether Ole Miss let him coach or not.

Ultimately it doesn’t matter, there is no scenario where Kiffin leaves and people don’t hate him. Just let everyone throw their tantrum.

Leaving for the NFL is a little different than leaving for one of your big brother schools. Will Ole Miss be hanging a banner for SEC Co-Champs this year?

The more likely scenario is that they fire him when he doesn't produce.
