Of course Bama is in if they win. They're the freaking conference champs.
I'm not asking who you think wins the games.
I'm asking if Mormons and Bammers both win, who is out?
Notre Dame? OU? Texas Tech?
Somebody will have to go.

If Bama wins SECCG that are an automatic bid, 100% in

Should be Notre Dame. Anything else would be blatant manipulation for money/ratings (something the committee is certainly capable of) and would involve leaving Oklahoma or Ole Miss out, which would be a travesty.

Been a long time fan of SEC. I figured you all followed the CFP enough to know that if both of those teams win, Notre Dame, Oklahoma and Texas Tech can't all be in.
5 cconference champs: SEC Bama, ACC (whoever), Group of five (whoever), Big 12 BYU, B1G OSU
Seem to be locks: Georgia, A&M, Oregon, Indiana, Ole Miss
Two spots left: Notre Dame, OU, Texas Tech

Bama likely comes in at #10 again tomorrow.
They really wouldn't push a team out if they win. Their position would likely just improve.
If BYU wins, they push the #10 team out, which would likely be ND in the scenario you offered. Potentially Texas Tech or OU, but that would be a difficult position to defend.

Notre Dame should be out...Miami beating them gets them in.

If Miami is in, then OU or Texas Tech would be out in my scenario. Not enough spots for Miami otherwise.

What happens if there's upsets in every single conference championship game?...hmmm

Notre Dame shouldn’t be in to start with. Their best win is Pitt. But BYU isn’t beating Tech.

USC is far better than Pitt.

Unfortunately that would likely be the case. You have to play the schedule you are dealt and have less losses.

It'd be the same scenario I just proposed.
IU and OSU are both in.
Georgia is in.
ACC game, only the champ is getting in. I guess if Duke won, another G5 conference winner gets in, but that doesn't change my scenario.
Big 12: BYU would be the champ with TT a possible question mark.
You'd still be looking at two spots for OU, Notre Dame and TT

If BYU and Bama both win, ND is out.
The real conundrum would be if BYU wins and Bama loses.
The SEC would break out the torches and pitchforks if the SECCG knocked a team out of the playoff. ESPECIALLY if it put Notre Dame in. Miami and the ACC would be rioting along with them.
They are absolutely praying for a Tech win. I wouldn’t be shocked to see both Vandy and Texas ahead of Miami Tuesday to give them space to justify ND being in.

If we'd still have the most in, I don't think it'd be as bad as you think.
That FSU loss would probably temper the anger from Sankey. Doubt other than Alabama there would be much crying about it.
We'll see.....I hope.

Nah. It’s an absurd precedent.
