For all yall know the new coach is the next Saban. It’s not like Memphis pours a ton of money into athletics. By all accounts he’s a very good coach and now he’s got Arkys resources, fan and booster support. Fayetteville is one of the two best college towns in the SEC (Athens) and their fans are rabid

I don’t get it either. Most of the retarded fanbase wants Bobby. The new coach won more sec games this year than he did. He’s also the one who initially caused them to go through all this pain and suffering.

I’m confused too but when I see Memphis fans celebrating this, then that tells me a little bit why they are a little irritated

Look at the last coaches from Memphis Fuentes at Va tech, Norvell at FSU..not very inspiring plus Memphis is pumping money into their football program. Basically your getting a Boise State coach..your hoping for Chris Peterson..but more likely getting Bryan Harsin
