and this CFP committee will probably send Ole Miss to South Bend so Notre Dame can get a home game and cite Kiffin's leaving as the reason.

Screw a rivalry. What Kiffin is doing to Ole Miss is awful. Can't believe LSU fans are excited to get this guy.

What I’m saying is completely accurate. It’s not my fault that you don’t like it.

Of course they will. But half their starters will be at LSU next year. Ole Miss has to hire a new coach after four teams have already finalized new hires and two have extended contracts in their own conference.

They may be forced to promote Golding or Judge, and that could work out or it could go like Arnett went in Starkville.

We will be excited for anyone who can score 25 against any team.

They're about to have to hire Pete Golding as their HC

I'd say it's time to panic.

Pretty shortsighted on your part and the part of many others. This is the ncaa's fault. It created this bullshite. A man has the right to leave for another job. The timing of him leaving is completely dependent upon many factors which he does not control, nor do the other university and his agent.

Do you share the same sentiment for Sumerall and Florida? Because if you're going to bitch about this then you should be bitching about that. Tulane is not in a different situation then Ole Miss. And I don't know where you get your math from but it's not going to be a 10 million impact. If you're going to claim that, then go ahead and share why it's going to make that large of an impact to the state of Mississippi. Please explain. Do it with detail and not just because you read it somewhere else

There is solid infrastructure in Oxford to sustain success. 2026 will probably be a tough year, but the pieces are there for another coach to do very well.

Exactly. Kiffin and LSU are just easy targets, but the entire setup sucks for everyone.

Coaches, players, fans all get screwed. Networks win though.

Also chicken wins, he’s probably setting record numbers right now

Jesus people. He took another job, a better job, at a time others are doing the same. Schools had to fill vacancies because of recruiting calendar.

Is Lane supposed to pass up a big promotion?

We’re excited to get the guy that put Ole Miss in this predicament in the first place.

Without Lane, their season would have been over already. He’s a victim of his own success.

Kiffin is ready, willing, and able to coach OM through the playoffs.

OM is the one saying "Nah. We good"

1. Would you concede that a home playoff game would be a sellout?

If so, that's 65,000 descending on Oxford for the weekend.

2. How much do you think the average person will spend on tickets, playoff swag, hotel, dining out, chicken fingers?

Lets assume everyone in Oxford does it cheap and its $200.

That's $13 million right there being spent in a small town in December. It's likely 3x that.
