We might as well throw all NIL into baseball. We might be able to compete in that space.

Baseball starts this Friday... I think this team is going to be good.
I am not the only one, State has a loaded roster and getting love preseason but they are young.
Starting rotation for 1st weekend should be in Starkville for two years and then there are lots of other arms and this team should hit.
Fielding? I am wondering about that as this team's fielding may not be as good as one one like on paper going into the season but Coach O'C is very detailed in his prep and his teams rarely have fielding problems.

We looked pretty meh this past weekend. To spend this much money and come out flat was very disappointing. We run ruled twice in our opening weekend sweep last year against a no name NY team at home. We shouldn't have been out hit 3-10 in any game against Hofstra.
