I think it comes down to special teams. Aggies have the return game edge. Only slightly. But they have a huge liability in field goal situations.

It’s not coming down to that.

Who can run the ball consistently is going to win. Advantage aTm.

Texas wins 29-28 on a late FG.

Texas has the edge on special teams.

Punt return is pretty even. Both teams are good.

A&M has had punts blocked - Texas edge

A&M’s kicker is not as reliable - Texas edge

Did you mean to start this thread on the Texas A&M board and posted it here by mistake?

Or how about a missed field goal?

If we don’t win by double digits, refs fixed the game. We are better at every position on the field

imo, the difference that will give the Aggies the win is not talent but the Texas weakness all year, inconsistency . Aggies play the same almost every game but no one knows what Texas team you get series to series. One drive is great then the next ten minutes threes and out, frustrating but true. Aggies will win by 7-10 points .

You miss A&M’s game against SC? That first half team isn’t winning anything.

I have zero confidence in Bond hitting a needed FG let alone a game winning one. If this is close, advantage tu.

Whorns can’t lose. Bet the farm.

We’ve had more talent than just about everyone we played, and we have three losses. We’re just youthful, top 3 in the country in underclassman starter snaps.
