Would line up like this

In a fun world OU:
Beats ND
Beats tOSU
Beats GA
Beats aTm
Would allow us to play 2 more SEC teams making 10 for the year. Plus would knock off both historical top B10 teams (we beat Michigan already and could take out tOSU). And would get to take out ND too.
That would be a year! Zero odds of happening but as a fan its fun to see avenues of game potentials

These people have no business ranking teams for anything, much less playoff teams.
Ranking pods? Who the frick came up with that shite?

OU needs to move up and get out of the death side of the bracket. Going to be hard enough beating ND and then face Ohio state and UGA lol

Love that beating #8 on the road is seeming less less impressive than beating #17 at home

Ole miss schedule is not good they are penalizing you for it. They are not doing it to Oregon.

Pretty much sounds like Alabama in 2020. Played the next best 11 SEC teams, then beat Notre Dame and Ohio St in the playoffs.

If you look it seems they are now placing teams to avoid first round rematches for conf teams. If they moved Bama up over ND its a rematch.

If we make title game we’d have played 11 ranked teams

Game time rankings don't mean anything.

There’s a negligible difference between OM and Oregon's schedule, TTU’s is dogshit and they’re 5th

I know I’m beating a dead horse here but frick Notre Dame. These assholes who play such a boring brand of football with no conference affiliation are always put on a pedestal and taking playoff spots from other teams. I would rather see The Citadel in the playoff than these shitheads.

If Texas Tech gets Tulane in the 1st round, that will be such total bullshite.
They play the easy as hell Big12 schedule and then get rewarded with the DEI G5 sacrifice?
This format is so bad.

Right. Didn't OM barely beat a Washington State team that had only a few wins. Hey, OM should have showed up for that game. This shits on Ole Miss. If y'all played us that way we would have beat you by 40.
Cry baby cry. Boo F'n who.

Agree. Allows them to play starters but not long. So its real time play yet not hard. Is that better than having a week off and being rusty? Might be an advantage because too much idle time during holidays can disrupt a team. TT is getting best of both worlds.

Ummmm...didn't everyone say similar things about Arizona State last year? The same Arizona State who took the one SEC team to make the semifinals down to the wire?

Damn! The top half of that bracket is crazy if it shook out that way.
Ohio state would have to beat Notre dame/OU and Georgia/texas tech. All those teams are good so there’s no “easy” path but rather be 2/3 seed vs 1

I know, Aint being # 5 perfect? I want nothing to do with top 4 for this very reason. Keep our banged up QB healthy yet keeping the rest of the team hot. Couldn't ask for a better slot. Hope it holds.
I just wish we were playing you (OU) instead of GA for the next round. OU forgot how to play Offense and our D is pretty good too. That would be a great match up for us. You may resume your crying and complaining now.

Wow, an intelligent, objective, logical, and adult OU fan. Well put.
