I'm hearing folks on social media say the job is Lupoi's. Give Tosh the budget and good coordinators and he can make moves.

The money folks at Cal said they weren't giving any more NIL money until Ron Rivera was given control of the football program. Now, Wilcox is fired. So, now you know Rivera is calling shots over there.
