He is reportedly facing a charge of fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, along with two second-degree child cruelty charges. Daniels is also facing charges involving “reckless driving, maximum limits, 2x stop sign and yield sign violations, no-passing zones, and more.”

Jefferson (city) in Jackson County used to be (probably still is) a major cocaine hub for NE GA including Athens. WTF was he doing up there in the middle of the night? No mention of drugs.

He's gone, but why white knight something that is probably him having his 16 year old brother in the car with him while speeding? That's not the same as beating a child.
