Yesterday had Florida fans thinking he was heading there.
Today he has LSU fans feeling its a done deal.
Tomorrow he is going to sign his extension making him the highest paid coach in college football, with the highest assistant pool in college football, with the Highest NIL war chest in College football and everything he wants and asks for from OM administration and athletic dept.
Jimmy Sexton is laughing his fat arse all the way to the bank counting the money.

Think it's time to reassess coaching in college football. get a good x and o guy for a million per and use the other $9mill to buy players.

We haven't seen unit levels in the SEC like sexton since Bert was coaching the piggies

Lane is about to Gaslight the shite out of all the Ole Miss fans that this was all just the media blowing this out of proportion.

Speaking of Sexton, I have heard he represented 14 or 16 SEC head coaches at the beginning of this season. He could move up to 15/16 with Kelly out. He almost has a monopoly on all SEC football coaches

Meh, I think most of us have become apathetic to it at this point. If Lane stays, great. But I'm more wanting him to make up his mind - either way - so we can move forward. His reputation has taken an enormous hit no matter what.

I'm getting apathetic about college football in general. My team sucks donkey balls. There are legitimately only 5 or 6 teams that can win a natty. And that's not going to change anytime soon.

Kiffin is a really good coach, but I think the majority of OM success lies with the boosters.

Whoever ultimately gets Kiffin, will severely, severely overpay. Jimmy Sexton is going to ensure of that. Thank god we got our coaching search over with (at least for the time being) two years ago. No way I'd want to be involved in this three way bidding mess that Ole Miss, LSU and Florida are in now. Somebody is about to have their bank account butt plunged.
