He comes out after all of this national media frenzy and says I’m staying at Ole Miss? He says it’s the better brand by way of the process and the organizational structure, culture, and that The Sip has the “It” factor. It’s a special thing being at the right time at the right place with the right people.

Before all of this, Ole Miss is mid high level brand regionally.

After all of this, Ole Miss is a national college football brand/name by way of LK winning and drama.

Plus he sabotages several of his competitors with respect to coaches, assistant coaches, staffing, portal raiding, preparedness, strategic planning, etc…

The warning sign would be the team and how they play. The team has not shown those warning signs. They continue to win. Make no mistake. Florida has dudes and they can beat anyone at any time.

That's like saying your wife is a better catch because you found out she cheated on you.

He could be trying to frick your program up even more and steal your players.

I think a better analogy would be that he’s the kind that would do things to your vehicle.

I don't really think it says that much about the programs involved if Kiffin stays or goes. There's already this narrative that it'd be better to stay where the expectations aren't so high.

The best thing Kiffin can do for the Ole Miss brand is to just keep winning.

He can make all the declarations he wants right now, but if he immediately loses in the playoff, people will question whether his antics were a distraction. That would basically destroy any "momentum" his "marketing" gained.

Now I agree on that. He is building brand and also distraction.

Honestly, give me your take. Do you think that he is strategically fricking the other teams that he is taking up their time all the while to stay with us? Portal, etc…

I would say no because your focus should be on the playoffs and not strategically thinking in the future.

No because he isn't really fricking anything up. He'll have to make a decision by the Egg Bowl supposedly, Florida and LSU probably wouldn't have coaches in place by then anyway.

Also, why risk being a distraction to your current playoff team just to mess up Florida and LSU in 2026?

You didnt ask for mine but I will give it to you. He obviously loves Ole Miss. I think he would like to try and win a championship with this team but Ole Miss is not going to allow it. Thats why this whole situation has turned weird. He knows Ole Miss has a ceiling though so hes eventually going to leave.

I mean he pretty much did that with AU. You can debate whether or not not it was intentional, but I guarantee you he paid attention to the results of what happens when you force a rival to make a desperation decision. The longer he lets LSU twist, the more it benefits OM

Well the fans are in limbo which is contributing to building his brand but where ever he ends up inherits that brand which is worth a lot of money. He will have to deliver at both LSU and Florida to keep up the brand real quick.

The brand lives on at Ole Miss 9-3 back to back.

It does not at LSU or Florida.

Nah it’s like saying I know my wife is hot because Leonardo DiCaprio tried to frick her and she turned him down.

Leonardo is also an old fat has been in this analogy (like Florida and LoLsu)

Women decide their husbands are better catches when they see them get attention from other women all the time.

None of these conspiracy theories make sense - in fact, they officially all got debunked once the private jets landed in Gainesville and BR.

Let’s get real here. You don’t become a national brand by winning regular season games and drama. I know from prior experience with my university. You become a national brand by winning conference and national championships.
